You’re starting a new school year and you might be feeling lots of feelings all at once. Excited, happy, nervous, curious… we can always tell God how we’re feeling. You might like to pray this prayer with me:
God, I’m starting a new school year,
I’m excited about learning new things. But I’m also feeling lots of other feelings too; happy, nervous, curious…
Please help me to be kind, and look out for other children who might be feeling a lot of feelings today so I can be extra kind to them.
God, please help me to know you are always with me.
