A British Sign Language (BSL) translation of Hasidim / Chassidism / Hasidic Judaism. ‘Loyal ones’ in Hebrew and often rendered as ‘saints’: a godly, pious person. In the second century BCE a group formed, opposed to the more liberal mainstream. Today: a member of a strict Orthodox Jewish sect.
